This city doesn’t need anyone’s help…or does it? It’s common to read online that London is a very dangerous city. It isn’t. But if people won’t come here because they believe the misinformation they will miss everything that the city has to offer – and the city will miss everything that visitors and new people bring. We need to find ways to change minds, and I’d like to find ways to have more honest conversations about what the city has to offer.
London is safe, but that isn’t all it is. Many places in the world are safe but they’ll never change your life like London can. Londoners, visitors, tourists: please help by answering two questions:

Where have you been happy in London?
I’m trying to build a picture of experiences of joy in London and I’d like your help – please add your mark to show a place in London where you were happy

What do you want to thank London for?
I’d like to know more about the different ways we appreciate our city. You can thank London for anything at all. Maybe you met the love of your life here, or the city has given you your space to thrive, or perhaps you just want to thank London for the Nepalese food you had last week.
